The first of the new blogs for an Old Author.

This is a new Blog.  And right now, this one is under construction.  Please be patient.  I'm old and I take time to do things!!  But here are a few things to keep it interesting.

Autumn is here and the month of November is going quickly.  It's snowing leaves at the moment.  HA!

This is part of my family with me (as I am sitting in my rollator, affectionately known as "The Holy Roller" - so named by our Parish Associate John Cooper.  Thank you, John). In this picture are from left, nieces Amy "Otis" Borsini and Heather Litscher Zamora, Brielle "Brie" Litwiller (my great niece) and Isaiah Litscher, my great nephew.  And, of course, me in the middle.  We had a great catch-up (not long enough though) at lunch in the East Village and we are truly enjoying ourselves.  It's great to have family who love one another!

This year at St. Anthony Parish in Davenport, Iowa, we hosted our first annual Holiday Bazaar and my contribution consisted of 30 hand-made rosaries and eight Chaplets of Peace with Medjugorje medals.  I sold out. Plus, I had sales from some friends at Facebook, too.  Our efforts were a huge success and right now, we are still overwhelmed with joy.  There are many, many talented crafters and excellent chefs at St. Anthony's and next year will be even greater.

Last, but definitely not least is a good photo of Miss Molly Finn.  She will be on both blogs and I hope I will have lots of fun photos of her.
